Please join your colleagues and neighbors on Friday, October 13, 2017, for the South Hampton Roads Oral Health Forum, presented by the Virginia Oral Health Coalition with generous support from the Hampton Roads Community Foundation and United Way of South Hampton Roads.
The forum is an opportunity to analyze regional data and determine collaborative strategies to improve oral health and overall health in the South Hampton Roads area. This gathering is part of a statewide effort to boost Virginia’s C+ grade on the inaugural 2016 Virginia Oral Health Report Card.
Community stakeholders will examine disparities in oral health and overall health in Chesapeake, Franklin, Isle of Wight, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Southampton, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach, and develop cross-sector strategies to address our shared challenges.
Your voice is critical to this process – all are welcome to attend, although registration is required. Please direct questions to Lauren Gray at 804.299.5506 or firstname.lastname@example.org. I look forward to seeing you in October!
