Quan Williams is VaOHC’s Program Manager. Her role is to oversee the successful implementation of collaborative, grant-funded programs to advance oral health integration, perinatal oral health initiatives, and clinical partnerships. She manages and grows the Coalition’s comprehensive health care integration efforts by working with state agency partners to incorporate oral health in safety net settings.
Her previous work includes leading on state level and national level public policy agendas across diverse issue areas including health care access.
Quan earned a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Policy (MUPP) from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is also a graduate of the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University where she earned a Master’s degree in Divinity (MDiv).
Outside of work, she enjoys doing community service projects, spending quality time with family and friends, learning to play the guitar, visiting museums & libraries, and riding her bike.
